Ticket Service Coordinator

                                        Ticket Service Coordinator 

 

Role Summary

The Ticket Service Coordinator supports ticket sales, service, and operations by managing customer accounts, processing ticket orders, and assisting with fan engagement initiatives. This role works closely with sales and ticket operations staff to deliver exceptional service, support season ticket member retention, and ensure a seamless experience for fans at events and on game days.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Account Services

  • Collaborate with Sales Consultants to ensure timely and accurate processing of group sales orders including invoices, payment processing, and ticket delivery. 
  • Respond promptly to customer questions, ticket issues, account requests, and service concerns.
  • Support season ticket renewal campaigns and retention initiatives.
  • Assist with season ticket payment plans and account maintenance.

 

Ticket Operations

  • Partner with Ticket Operations staff to ensure timely ticket production and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate customer records within ticketing and CRM systems. 
  • Serve as on-site manager for game-day ticket operations as needed by management. 
  • Process, fulfill, and distribute season, group, and single-game ticket orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with ticket operations, will-call functions, and customer problem resolution.

 

Fan Experience & Events

  • Coordinate and execute season ticket member events, appreciation programs, and special experiences.
  • Assist in executing group and premium experiences at various events.
  • Support fan engagement initiatives that strengthen customer loyalty and retention.

 

Administrative Support

  • Manage outbound mailings and account communications.
  • Prepare reports and account information as requested.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management, Business, Sales or another related field. 
  • Experience working in customer service, hospitality, ticketing, sales support or related experience preferred.

          Previous experience working in a ticket office setting or with the ProVenue           ticketing system is strongly preferred.

  • High degree of accountability, professionalism, and initiative. 
  • Adaptability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. 

 

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

  • Constantly remains in a stationary position on days worked in the office environment. 
  • Frequent standing and movement around the arena/ballpark on game days assisting with tickets. 
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity equipment. 
  • Constant communication with customers, must be able to exchange accurate information.
