Middle School Science and Social Studies Teacher (Grades 5-8)

Qualifications: Teaching degree and certification required. Applicants do not need to be Catholic but should be supportive of the mission and values of Catholic education. Preference will be given to practicing Catholics.
 

Job Responsibilities: The candidate will be responsible for the daily planning, instruction and supervision of students. Teachers are expected to use techniques and resources based on researched best practices as well as state, Diocesan and local curriculum. The candidate should be prepared to maintain accurate records, utilize instructional technology and communicate effectively with parents. A willingness to collaborate with colleagues and utilize
assessment data is also expected.
