*Based on experience, education, certifications, and second language use (50%+ of the time)

🎯What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct care to clientsÂ
- Implement behavior strategies using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Support skill development in communication, socialization, play, motor skills, self-help, and school readiness
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and specialists to create positive outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation of progress and plans
đź“‹ Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Access to a mobile phone (for email) and basic internet (if working offsite)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance with minimum 25/50k liability coverage
- Ability to travel to multiple locations
- Must pass a DOJ/FBI background check
- Current TB TestÂ
- CPR/First Aid Certification
🌍 Work Environment & Physical Qualifications
- Support is provided in a variety of settings such as homes, schools, or clinics
- Ability to work in settings with moderate to loud noise levels
- Comfort working with individuals who may display a wide range of behaviors and needs
- Could include the following physical demands: significant lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling
