Multifamily Maintenance Technician
Wangard Partners is seeking a qualified candidate to join our Property Management team as a Maintenance Technician at 2 of our luxury community locations. One is at Solhaven in Grand Chute the other is at Tivoli Green in Mt. Pleasant.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will focus on maintaining the physical integrity of the property while providing professional and courteous service to our residents through the timely completion of work order requests. This requires collaboration with the property manager and other maintenance team members.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform general maintenance duties such as, basic carpentry, basic electrical, basic plumbing, painting, glass replacement, and screen repair, triage basic appliance repairs, light equipment repairs, HVAC repairs.
- Perform general building façade such as, gutter & down spout repair, siding repairs, window & door repairs, caulking and leak detection.
- Conduct maintenance work, service requests, punch lists, building inspections, preventative maintenance.
- Supervise or perform all work necessary to quickly bring vacated units to rent ready condition.
- Manage bidding process of service contracts and monitor vendor relationships.
- Ensure all work orders have been completed in a safe and professional manner.
- Maintain inventory of equipment, tools, and supplies.
