As a Business Development Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth by developing new client relationships and offering customized hiring solutions. This is a high-impact, outbound sales role with real opportunity to grow into leadership.
Your core responsibilities will include
- Generating new business by identifying decision-makers and uncovering hiring needs
- Presenting and selling SRI’s full suite of talent solutions
- Leading the sales process from outreach through close
- Partnering with internal recruiters to ensure client satisfaction and successful placements
- Building and managing a profitable book of business
- Consistently hitting KPIs and outperforming sales targets
