Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor to oversee our operations at our Indianapolis Area Facility. This role is critical for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of warehouse operations while guaranteeing the safety, quality, and timely shipment of goods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Oversee the receiving, storage, and shipping of products, ensuring all procedures are followed for temperature control.
• Monitor and enforce safety practices to maintain a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with the transportation team to ensure timely dispatch of shipments.
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits.
• Train and mentor new warehouse employees, providing ongoing guidance and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with management to optimize warehouse operations and implement best practices.
• Prepare and maintain reports on operational performance, inventory levels, and staff productivity.

Essential Qualifications

• Recent College Graduate- Operations , OLS , Inventory , Supply Chain 
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management and safety protocols.
• Proficient in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
