Program Administrator Intern

Do you want hands-on experience building community partnerships and supporting workforce development initiatives? We're looking for a motivated Program Administrator Intern to join our Workforce Development team. This intern will play a key role in identifying and cultivating relationships with nonprofits, community organizations, faith-based organizations, workforce agencies, and employer partners, helping expand our network and support our mission to connect people with meaningful workforce opportunities.

What You'll Do

Partnership Development

  • Identify and research potential community partners
  • Support outreach campaigns to prospective partners
  • Help schedule and coordinate partnership meetings
  • Assist in presenting workforce development opportunities to partners

Relationship Management

  • Serve as a point of contact for assigned partners
  • Help coordinate ongoing partner communications
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date partnership records
  • Support partnership retention efforts

Information Sessions

  • Help coordinate virtual information sessions
  • Manage attendee registrations and logistics
  • Conduct follow-up communications with attendees
  • Schedule discovery meetings with interested participants

Community Engagement

  • Attend networking events on behalf of the organization
  • Help represent the organization at community meetings
  • Support the promotion of workforce development initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort with outreach, relationship-building, and public-facing work
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Interest in workforce development, nonprofit partnerships, or community engagement
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program

Work Location: This role is primarily remote (approximately 95%), with in-person attendance rarely required, only for select community events, networking functions, or partner meetings as they arise.
