At Pioneer Systems, you'll work with an experienced team building custom bulk material handling equipment used by manufacturers across North America and around the world. Every project is different, giving you the opportunity to develop mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical skills while working on equipment from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble custom manufacturing equipment using engineering drawings 
• Install mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical components 
• Use hand and power tools
• Inspect and test completed equipment 
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues 
• Help improve safety, quality, and manufacturing processes 
• Occasionally travel to customer sites for installation and service

What We’re Looking For:

• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn 
• Ability to read drawings or willingness to learn 
• Experience using hand tools 
• Strong problem-solving skills 
• Positive attitude and teamwork 
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. 

Bonus if you have experience with:
