We’re looking for dependable Moving Crew Members to join our fast-paced dispatch team serving homes across Northern Virginia. In this role, you’ll help execute residential moves by safely handling, loading, and securing customers’ belongings from start to finish. Every day is hands-on—lifting, wrapping, carrying, and organizing items so they arrive safely and in the same condition they left.

Important: Our Lorton, VA location is not Metro accessible. A reliable personal vehicle is required.
Pay & Schedule
- $18–$23/hour base pay
- Tips available on many jobs
- Full-time, year-round work
What You’ll Be Doing
- Load and unload trucks for residential moves
- Wrap, pad, and protect furniture and fragile items
- Carry and position boxes and furniture safely
- Work as part of a coordinated moving crew
- Follow directions from team leads on-site

What We’re Looking For
- 18+ with a valid Real ID driver’s license
- Reliable transportation to Lorton, VA
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Detail-oriented and careful with customers’ belongings
- Clear communication skills in English
- Ready to start quickly
