Occupational Therapist

Reavis Rehab & Wellness Center, a family-owned therapy practice since 1984, is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our supportive, patient-focused team.

Role:

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions for pediatric and/or adult patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems.

Requirements:

• Texas OT License & Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• At least 1 year of pediatric experience.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload of 8–10 patients per day.
