Licensed Practical Nurse

The Spencerport School District is currently accepting applications for a Licensed Practical Nurse supporting Taylor Elementary School.

*Applicants must be fingerprinted and cleared for employment for the NYS Education Department before employment begins. 

Job Description:  This position performs nursing duties to ensure the health and well-being of the students at Taylor Elementary School.  

Minimum Qualifications:  Possession of a current New York State License as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

Preferred Qualification:  Experience in pediatric and/or public health nursing; Certification in CPR and AED training; ability to interact with students, parents and staff;  Exemplary communication skills;  Technologically proficient

Work Year:  10-month assignment; 7 hours per day, 8:45am-4:15pm

Salary:  $20.63-22.08 per hour based upon previous experience.
