What You’ll Do
As a key member of our clinical team, you will:
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling (as clinically appropriate)
- Conduct comprehensive substance use assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Deliver crisis intervention and stabilization services when needed
- Facilitate structured group sessions and educational programming
- Manage caseloads with a focus on quality care and positive outcomes
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and community partners
- Coordinate care and provide ongoing case management support
- Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly
- Participate in supervision, team meetings, and program improvement initiatives
What You Bring

Minimum Qualifications

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field OR
- High school diploma/equivalent with relevant experience and/or certifications

Experience:
- 5+ years of clinical experience in substance abuse treatment

Licensure/Certification:
- Full certification by a nationally recognized addiction counseling body

Clearances Required:
- Child Abuse, Criminal, FBI background checks
- Must not be listed on Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion lists
