Small Talk Therapy, Inc. is actively hiring Licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support our expanding client base. We are seeking motivated, compassionate clinicians who are ready to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

New graduates and Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply. We provide structured mentorship, strong clinical support, and clear growth pathways to help you succeed.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver 1:1 speech and language therapy to clients from birth through adulthood
  • Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (SLPs, SLPAs, OTs, COTAs, audiology professionals)
  • Educate and coach families and caregivers
  • Maintain accurate documentation and track client progress

Qualifications

  • Active California SLP license (CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow)
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Pediatric and/or adult experience preferred
  • Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
