Direct Support Professional- PASS

Seven Hills, Rhode Island, is seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSP I) to provide one-on-one support to children with special healthcare needs through our PASS program. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping children build independence, develop life skills, and actively participate in their homes and communities.

As a Direct Support Professional in PASS, you will provide individualized, family-driven support that enhances a child’s ability to engage in daily activities and social experiences. Working closely with families and a multidisciplinary team, you will implement personalized plans that promote independence, safety, and overall well-being.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED
