Schedule: Day shift  l  Full-Time | Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm with rotating weekends and holidays

• Create personalized care plans that address physical, cognitive, and emotional deficits to help patients regain their independence and quality of life.
• Implement evidence-based treatments using modern modalities while documenting each patient's progress to ensure a clear and accurate record of their recovery journey.
• Lead family and caregiver education to provide the necessary support and training for a safe, successful transition during the patient's discharge.
• Oversee and mentor the therapy team, including assistants and technicians, to maintain high standards of care and ensure every patient receives consistent, high-quality attention.

Requirements: 

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Occupational Therapy (OT) credentialed from the Kansas Board of Healing Arts prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
