Role and Responsibilities
- Document patient care, treatments, and responses in the EMR, and promptly report and address any changes in patient condition, including adverse reactions.
- Provide comprehensive direct and indirect patient care in accordance with established clinic standards, protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with Providers and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes and continuity of care.
- Perform venipuncture for laboratory testing while following safety and infection control protocols.
- Administer prescribed medications, including intramuscular, subcutaneous injections in accordance with provider orders and clinic protocols.
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring proper setup, sterilization, and equipment readiness for procedures and patient visits.
- Monitor, manage, and maintain inventory of medications, medical supplies, and clinical materials to support daily operational needs.
- Assist Providers with a variety of in-office procedures, including but not limited to cosmetic injectable treatments and pellet therapy.
- Provide thorough patient education regarding treatment plans, expected outcomes, and financial or pricing information.
- Adhere to the established weekly rotating depth chart, taking full responsibility and ownership or assigned duties to ensure smooth and efficient clinic operations.
- Demonstrate consistent alignment with Core Values in all patient, team, and operational interactions.
- Actively contribute to a positive team environment by supporting staff morale, fostering a culture of accountability and respect.
- Maintain flexibility to provide clinic coverage within the assigned region.
- Provide Patient Scheduling Coordinator (PSC/front desk ) coverage when needed, including during staff absences such as vacation or illness. In clinics without a designated front desk role, PSC responsibilities will be shared among clinical staff and assigned through a weekly rotation.
- Adhere to timekeeping and attendance policies, including accurate clocking in and out and consistently taking the required 30-minute meal break in accordance with company policy and labor regulations.
- Perform additional clinical and operational duties as assigned to support patient care.
RN- Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
- Associate’s degree of Nursing or related field
- Current state licensure for state of work location
- Valid Driver’s License
LPN- Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
- Associate’s degree of Nursing or related field
- Current state LPN licensure for state of work location
- Valid Driver’s License
Preferred Education or Experience
- 1 years of related clinical experience
