Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain purchase orders within Nucraft’s ERP system.
- Assist Buyers personnel with daily procurement activities.
- Follow up with suppliers regarding order acknowledgments, delivery dates, and shipment status.
- Update and maintain purchasing records, supplier information, and inventory data.
- Assist in monitoring supplier performance related to quality, delivery, and responsiveness.
- Support inventory management efforts by reviewing stock levels and identifying potential shortages.
- Assist with cost savings and cost avoidance initiatives.
- Prepare reports and analyze purchasing, inventory, and supplier performance metrics.
