Learning Data and Analytics Support

Looking for a summer role that goes beyond basic data entry? Join our team and gain hands-on experience in learning, data, and analytics.

What You’ll Do

• Clean, update, and manage data across learning systems
• Support tracking of training and development programs
• Help create job aids, guides, and microlearning content
• Assist with reporting using Excel and Power BI
• Partner with the team to improve tools and user experience

What We’re Looking For

• Current college student (any major; HR, business, analytics, or comms a plus)
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Interest in data, learning, or training development
• Critical thinker with a service-oriented mindset
• Exposure to Power BI is a bonus
