THE ROLE
You live in Google Ads data and know how to turn insights into results. You spot trends early, dig into underperformance to find the real cause, and stay current on paid search because you genuinely enjoy it.
You're also excited about the role AI and automation play in modern marketing. You're always looking for ways to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and create smarter systems that help campaigns perform at a higher level.
You'll report to the Director of Paid Media and work closely with account managers, project managers, and fellow search specialists. Experience in home services is a plus and will help you hit the ground running.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own strategy and execution across multiple Google Ads accounts including paid search, display, YouTube, and paid social
- Use AI and automation tools to build smarter workflows and drive program efficiency
- Monitor performance daily, identifying opportunities to optimize campaigns against client business goals
- Manage budgets, evolve keyword strategies, and test bid approaches with a clear data-driven rationale
- Deploy pixels and configure custom goals using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics with precision
- Prepare and present campaign results using compelling data storytelling that communicates impact clearly
- Stay ahead of platform changes, AI developments, and paid search trends and bring insights back to the team
- Collaborate closely on a team that is growing quickly and moving with purpose
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on paid search experience, Google Ads in particular (agency background preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools and automation to elevate paid search programs
- Strong working knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and web analytics tools
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are a plus
- Strong analytical instincts and a clear sense of what metrics matter and why
- A genuine problem solver who digs deeper instead of accepting the surface answer
- Curious, self-driven, and always researching what is coming next in paid search
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts with focus and attention to detail
- Based in the Twin Cities or ready to be. This role is in person.
- Home services industry experience is a big plus
