Special Education Teacher

Description: The Webster School District is seeking a highly qualified, full-time Special Education Teacher to join our team beginning in the 2026–2027 school year. This position serves students at the elementary level. We are looking for a passionate, student-centered educator who loves working with children and is committed to inclusive special education practices. Qualifications: The ideal candidate is dedicated to meeting the diverse needs of students and skilled at fostering a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment. The successful candidate will work as part of a collaborative special education team with access to paraprofessional support, related service providers, and ongoing professional development. Experience and/or knowledge of inclusive practices, including push-in and pull-out service models, is preferred.
