Irrigation Team Lead
Do you have a passion for leading others, strong problem-solving skills, and a desire to maintain quality and safety standards? This role is responsible for ensuring the successful installation and maintenance of commercial and residential irrigation systems. In this role, you will be a crucial member of our team, ensuring top-quality results for our clients while maintaining the long-term functionality of irrigation systems.

Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial/residential irrigation experience required.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to our stress-free work environment.
- Ability to read/understand landscaping irrigation plans and communicate with team members.
- Ability to troubleshoot irrigation systems for both electrical and plumbing systems.
- Ability to lead by example and train others.
- Able to work outdoors in a wide variety of conditions for an extended time.
