English Language Arts Teacher

Bear Creek Community Charter School is seeking qualified candidates for the position of English Language Arts Teacher in grades five through eight. This is a full-time, ten-month position for 198 days per year.  Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and an appropriate Pennsylvania Teaching certification. Anticipated start date is August 20, 2026.

This position requires a dynamic, creative individual with a willingness to embrace a culture of continuous improvement for the benefit of students, along with a passion for reading and writing. Knowledge of current educational trends, assessment practices and Common Core standards is critical.
