Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000
The Grant Cardone Foundation is looking for a high-energy, detail-driven Fundraising & Programming Coordinator who can execute at a high level and keep everything moving.
This role sits at the intersection of fundraising, operations, and programming. You will support donor outreach, coordinate events, manage scheduling, and handle the day-to-day administrative work that keeps fundraising & programming efforts running efficiently.
This is not a passive role. It requires someone who can stay organized under pressure, manage multiple moving pieces, and take ownership of execution while supporting revenue-generating & programming initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Administrative Coordination
Manage calendars, scheduling, and logistics for donor meetings, internal meetings, partner meetings, & programming events
Coordinate communication between internal teams, leadership, and external partners
Track action items, follow-ups, and deadlines to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Prepare materials for meetings, donor conversations, and programming events
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks that support fundraising operations
Donor Outreach & Pipeline Support
Research and identify prospective donors (individuals, corporations, foundations)
Support outreach efforts including calls, emails, and follow-ups
Maintain and update donor pipeline activity within CRM
Ensure consistent follow-up and communication with donors and prospects
Assist in moving prospects through the pipeline from initial contact to engagement
Fundraising Events Execution
Coordinate logistics for fundraising events, including:
Donor experiences and private gatherings
Manage guest lists, scheduling, confirmations, and on-site coordination
Support ticket sales, sponsorship coordination, and attendee experience
Ensure events are organized, on time, and executed at a high level
Assist with post-event follow-up and donor engagement
Prepare and distribute Donors donation receipts in a timely and accurate manner when requested
Programming Events Execution
Serve as the primary liaison with Finance and Logistics teams to coordinate and oversee all orders and donation processes
Coordinate and communicate with schools and nonprofit organizations to plan and execute events effectively
Administer food and beverage contracts, including vendor coordination, communication management, and contract compliance
Coordinate with the Web Development team to provide event photos for website updates and content uploads
Draft Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) and distribute documents for review and signature through PandaDoc
Partnership & Sponsorship Support
Assist in identifying and coordinating corporate partnerships & sponsors
Prepare outreach materials and track partnership deliverables
Support communication with partners to ensure alignment and execution
Help manage relationships and ensure commitments are fulfilled
Operations & CRM Management
Maintain accurate and organized donor data in CRM systems
Track outreach activity, engagement, and fundraising progress
Support reporting on key metrics and pipeline activity
Help create structure and consistency across fundraising processes
Sales & Engagement Execution
Bring a sales-oriented mindset to fundraising efforts
Support outbound efforts to drive event attendance and donor participation
Assist in preparing materials that drive engagement and conversion
Represent the Foundation professionally in donor and event interactions

Calendars, meetings, and events are tightly organized and run smoothly
Follow-ups are consistent, timely, and never missed
CRM data is accurate and up to date
Events are executed at a high level with strong participation
The fundraising team operates faster and more efficiently because of your support
Qualifications
2–5+ years of experience in coordination, fundraising, or sales support
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proven ability to manage scheduling, logistics, and multiple priorities
Comfortable handling administrative work while supporting revenue-generating efforts
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Detail-oriented with a high level of accountability
Experience with CRM systems preferred (HubSpot or similar)
Experience supporting events or working in fast-paced environments preferred
