Role Overview:

College Ambassador, MDL Emerging Executive Rooms

The MDL College Ambassador is a campus based representative responsible for creating awareness, generating student interest, and introducing qualified peers to MDL Emerging Executive Rooms. This role is designed for ambitious students who are strong communicators, trusted by their peers, and interested in career development, business, leadership, and professional growth.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Identify high potential students who care about internships, full time roles, networking, leadership, and career direction.
  • Start warm peer to peer conversations through student groups, classes, clubs, Greek life, sports teams, business organizations, alumni events, and personal networks.
  • Explain MDL Emerging Executive Rooms using the approved college level messaging.
  • Drive qualified students to the MDL intake process or approved scheduling path.
  • Track outreach, conversations, referrals, bookings, and enrollments weekly.
  • Represent MDL professionally and protect brand trust on campus.
  • Share student feedback with the MDL team so messaging and conversion can improve quickly.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • College junior, senior, graduate student, or recent graduate with strong campus relationships.
  • Confident communicator who can start conversations without sounding salesy.
  • Active in student organizations, business groups, athletics, leadership programs, or campus communities.
  • Interested in sales, marketing, recruiting, leadership, entrepreneurship, or career development.
  • Organized enough to track activity and follow up consistently.
  • Mature enough to represent a premium brand with discretion and professionalism.
