SuperKidz Kamp is seeking an enthusiastic, responsible, emotionally intelligent individual to serve as a Counselor/Lifeguard for our 2026 residential summer camp program.

ABOUT SUPERKIDZ KAMP
SuperKidz Kamp is a unique sleepaway camp dedicated to developing the leadership skills, emotional intelligence, resilience, and social confidence of children ages 9–17. Through cooperative games, challenging activities, reflection, outdoor adventures, and meaningful relationships, campers are encouraged to discover their gifts and step into their potential.

Our camp is located in Holmes, NY, approximately 60 miles north of the George Washington Bridge.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Counselor/Lifeguard will:
• Supervise and mentor campers ages 11–14
• Help create a safe, supportive, and engaging camp environment
• Participate fully in camp activities and team-building experiences
• Serve as a certified lifeguard during waterfront and swimming activities
• Assist campers in developing leadership skills, teamwork, confidence, and emotional growth
• Help maintain both the physical and emotional safety of campers

DATES
Staff Commitment: July 10–18, 2026
(Campers attend July 12–18)

QUALIFICATIONS
Ideal candidates:
• Are certified lifeguards (current certification required)
• Enjoy working with children and adolescents
• Demonstrate maturity, warmth, patience, and good judgment
• Work well as part of a team
• Are energetic, dependable, flexible, and positive
• Have experience in youth programs, camps, education, coaching, mentoring, counseling, or related fields (preferred but not required)
