What You’ll Do

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll help identify new business opportunities, connect with potential customers, and support the early stages of the sales process. You’ll work closely with sales and marketing teams to build relationships and create opportunities for long-term growth.

  • Identify Opportunities
  • Research new industries, companies, and markets
  • Learn customer buying patterns and emerging trends
  • Identify strong potential leads and prioritize outreach efforts
  • Track market insights and opportunities for growth
  • Build Relationships
  • Connect with prospective customers through phone calls, emails, meetings, trade shows, and networking opportunities
  • Create meaningful conversations and establish strong first impressions
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and communication
  • Qualify & Organize Leads
  • Track outreach activity and engagement
  • Maintain accurate notes, reporting, and customer insights
  • Share weekly updates and market feedback with leadership teams
  • Support the Sales Process
  • Help transition qualified leads to the sales and account management teams
  • Continue building relationships as prospects move through the sales cycle
  • Collaborate with internal teams to help secure new business opportunities

Technical Skills

  • Comfortable learning new systems and technology

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods throughout the workday
  • Occasionally lift up to 5–10 lbs.
  • Potential for occasional domestic travel (1–2 times per year)

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary :$55,000.00 - $66,000.00 DOE + potential for up to $15,000.00 in commissions
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package:

This is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. Base salaries are determined by taking a variety of factors in account, including, but not limited to, candidate qualifications, education, geographic locations, market conditions and internal equity.
