Job Title: BCBA / Board Certified Behavior Analyst – New Clinic (Cordova, TN)

Pay: $80,000 - $100,000 per year + $3,000 sign-on bonus

Job Type: Full-time | Monday-Friday | In-clinic (Cordova / East Memphis, TN)


 

A brand-new ABA clinic in Cordova, TN is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help build the program from the ground up. This is a founding clinical role with a capped caseload, a 25 billable-hour weekly target, and direct access to ownership.

What you get:

  • $80,000-$100,000 base + bonuses, plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus
  • 100% employer-paid medical, dental & vision
  • Caseload of only 8-12 clients and a 25 billable-hour target
  • In-house Speech and Occupational Therapy on-site
  • Monday-Friday, 8-5 – no evenings or weekends
  • Work directly with ownership; help set clinical standards and mentor RBTs

Requirements:

  • Active BCBA certification (required)
  • Early intervention experience preferred
  • Licensed or eligible to practice in Tennessee
