 ATTORNEY SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY

Develop case files in terms of defining strategies.

Supervise & train paralegals and legal secretaries.

Appear at hearings before Administrative Law Judges.

Keep track of diary system and Statute of Limitations.

Good writing and research skills preparing Federal Court Appeals (writing samples required).

Familiarity with EAJA, 406(a) and 406(b) fees.

Skills cross-examining vocational and medical experts.

Pre-hearing memos and preps with clients.

Post-hearing briefs for presentation to Administrative Law Judges.

Good standing with the Bar.

Presentations at staff meetings once a week.
