Summer Day Camp Lifeguard

Job Summary & Responsibilities:

Get paid to be by the water all summer!

Lifeguards work in a team of 40 lifeguards between four heated pools. They are supervised by three Aquatic Directors who are stationed at the pools all day. Lifeguards are responsible for the safety of everyone in the pool and provide morning swim instruction as well as afternoon guard duties. Lifeguards must hold a Lifeguard Certification before camp begins and we can help you find a course!

Summer 2026 Dates

  • June 22 through August 14, 2025 (Monday-Friday only)
  • You must be able to work all 39 days of camp
  • Mandatory Training: Sunday, June 14th (9:00am-5:00PM)
  • Closed July 3

Benefits and Perks

  • NO nights, NO weekends. SAME HOURS every day.

Please note that Willow Lake is unable to provide housing for staff.
