Eligibility Requirements:
- Current Respiratory Therapy student
- Minimum 2.8 GPA
- Legal right to work in the U.S. or presence under DACA/TPS

How It Works:
Apply while enrolled in your Respiratory Therapy program. If selected, your RT position with Penn Highlands Health is secured upon graduation—pending successful onboarding and meeting basic requirements. Loan repayment is disbursed monthly during your employment, eliminating financial risk for both students and the employer.
