Physical Therapist Assistant
Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring Temp-to-Hire Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) for outpatient orthopedic clinics in Vineland, NJ and Mullica Hill, NJ.
Position: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Setting: Outpatient Orthopedics
Locations: Vineland, NJ & Mullica Hill, NJ
Schedule: Flexible start times as early as 7:00 AM; must work at least two evenings per week until 7:00 PM
Patient Volume: 17–20 patients daily
Pay Rate: $28.85–$37.00/hour based on experience, qualifications, and competencies.
We are seeking compassionate and motivated PTAs to join a collaborative orthopedic team focused on evidence-based treatment, functional rehabilitation, and high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment plans under supervision of a licensed PT
- Provide therapeutic exercises and functional training
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the PT
- Educate patients on recovery and home exercise programs
- Complete timely documentation
- Collaborate with therapists and clinic staff
- Maintain compliance with clinic policies and NJ regulations
Qualifications:
- Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
- Active New Jersey PTA license or eligibility
- Orthopedic rehabilitation knowledge preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient environment
