We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse Delegator (RND) to join our team in a vital leadership and mentorship role. This part-time (5 to 10 hours per week) position offers scheduling flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple programs. As an RND, you will play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance while coaching, training, and supporting staff to deliver safe, high-quality care.

What You’ll Do:

Train and mentor new hires on RN-delegated tasks

Ensure compliance with DHS 83.37 (2)(e) and s.N 6.03(3)

Observe, evaluate, and document staff competency in RN-delegated tasks

Conduct simulated and in-person training evaluations

Review and update protocols related to RN Delegation

Provide ongoing assessment and coaching to staff in the field

Demonstrate professionalism and compassion when working with clients who may experience behavioral challenges

Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative work environment focused on continuous improvement

Travel to programs in Wausau, Westin, Merrill, Appleton, Neenah, Kaukauna

 

What We’re Looking For:

Licensed Registered Nurse with current Wisconsin licensure in good standing

Associate’s Degree or higher in Nursing

Experience in training and/or human services preferred

Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and insured personal vehicle

Strong organizational, communication, and coaching skills

Ability to collaborate effectively across departments

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Flexibility in scheduling

Successful completion of a caregiver background check
