Supply Chain Coordinator

Summary of Role

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Coordinator. Based in Chicago, the ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be customer-service oriented, and possess the ability to navigate multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Reconcile, monitor, and maintain accurate inventory.
  • Use data visualization tools to monitor trends, identify risks, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Continuously learn and adopt new technologies, systems, and reporting tools to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding ETAs of trucks.
  • Maintain accurate information regarding product specifications.
  • Schedule deliveries based on customer needs.
  • Ensure compliance with customer and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure smooth and accurate claims process.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Have an ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Have a positive and motivated attitude to take on new tasks and challenges as the company grows internationally.
  • Have strong organizational and time management skills.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in supply chain or a related role.
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States, company does not sponsor foreign nationals.
