Position Title: Seasonal Event Outreach Assistant

Location: Baltimore Convention Center (ICNA Annual Convention)

Reporting To: Cool Deeds Inc. Executive Leadership

 

Opportunity Overview

Pledge4Peace, in collaboration with SoulDeeds, is seeking energetic and mission-driven individuals for a seasonal outreach role at the upcoming ICNA Annual Convention, one of the largest gatherings of its kind in North America.

 

Role Overview

As an Event Outreach Assistant, you will be the face of SoulDeeds.org, engaging with the public to share our programs and mobilize community action. This is a high-energy role perfect for those interested in nonprofit work, marketing, communications, or event management.

 

Key Responsibilities

Mission Advocacy: Welcome convention attendees and provide insightful information regarding SoulDeeds service opportunities.

Booth Operations: Assist with the physical setup of the exhibition space (May 22) and maintain an organized, welcoming environment throughout the event.

Public Engagement: Distribute flyering materials and share the impact of the SoulDeeds by Cool Deeds Inc. digital ecosystem. 

Stakeholder Interaction: Answer basic inquiries from visitors.

 

Dates & Availability

This is a short-term seasonal position with the following schedule:

Setup Day: May 22, 2026 (Afternoon)

Convention Dates: May 23–26, 2026

Preference will be given to applicants available for all four days.

Compensation & Benefits

Daily Stipend: $100.00 per day (Seasonal Contract).

Qualifications

Outgoing personality with strong verbal communication skills.
