Supply Management Specialist

Title: Supply Management Specialist

Location: Ankeny, IA 50023
Assignment Length: 04 months + (This position is set up for the fiscal year and plans to extend each year)
Position Type: Contract / Contingent
Pay Rate: Hourly on w2 

Shift: 1st shift (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with potential for overtime)

Important Note:

• Manager is open to recent college graduates with a degree in Supply Chain Management or a related Business field.
• Candidates with relevant Supply Management experience, SAP exposure, internships, or manufacturing-related experience are highly preferred.

Job Duties:

• Manage purchased parts delivery for internal and external suppliers at one or more locations
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to support material availability and production schedules
• Support supply chain operations through communication, tracking, and issue resolution
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools and internal systems to manage supply-related activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills
• Good typing/computer/Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
• 4-year degree in a Business-related field or Supply Management
• Open to recent graduate candidates

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• SAP experience
• Experience with inventory / parts in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working with suppliers
