Warranty Coordinator Intern

We are currently seeking Warranty Coordinator Intern. This position is based at our Middleville, MI location. The Warranty Coordinator Intern will support daily administrative functions within the department while gaining hands-on experience in warranty claims processes, service operations, and data reporting. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Review product or services issues to determine whether they fall under warranty guidelines
  • Audit warranty claims for discrepancies
  • Gain experience in inventory control and order management systems
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, updating spreadsheets, and organizing warranty files
  • Support process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives

 

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Business or a related field (open to various disciplines) 
  • Strong willingness to learn and explore different career paths
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Analytical mindset with an ability to interpret data and present insights clearly
  • Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills
  • Team oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Interest in both business and technical aspects of products and operations
