PRN Physical Therapist (Contract) – Premium Pay & 1:1 Care

What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional, individualized, one-on-one physical therapy assessments and treatments in patient's homes, offices, or community gyms.
- Design and implement highly tailored plans of care focused on long-term wellness, mobility, and strength.
- Deliver a "concierge-level" customer service experience, building strong rapport and trust with every patient.
- Communicate highly complex clinical concepts to patients in an easily digestible, empathetic, and effective manner.
- Manage your own documentation efficiently and independently.
What We’re Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Active and in good standing Physical Therapy License in the State of Florida.
- Stellar Communicator: You possess highly effective interpersonal skills and can build immediate rapport with patients.
- Customer-Service Oriented: You understand that great healthcare is also great customer service, and you pride yourself on the patient experience.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working independently.
Preferred Qualifications (Stand-Out Candidates):
- Board Certification (OCS, SCS, etc.).
- Advanced certifications in Manual Therapy (FAAOMPT, COMT, etc.).
- Certified in Dry Needling (Cert. DN).
- Strength & Conditioning background (CSCS or similar).
