Elementary Teacher

QUALIFICATIONS:  Must possess a current Michigan Elementary Teaching Certificate  Preferred ZA/Early Childhood Endorsement)  ESL Endorsement or experience working with English Learners preferred  Display a strong knowledge of elementary Common Core Math and ELA standards  Communicates effectively with parents  Possess strong, positive leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills  Ability to work cooperatively with other staff in the school  Possess the ability and willingness to plan and implement instruction with grade-level teams  Possess the ability to interpret data and plan interventions accordingly  Demonstrate strong organizational skills  Possess knowledge of differentiated instruction practices and strategies  Possess strong classroom management skills
