Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Support clients with the collection, validation, and analysis of replacement, event, and failure data to drive equipment reliability improvements.
• Implement and maintain quality processes to ensure the accuracy and consistency of reliability data across systems.
• Facilitate failure investigations using structured methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 5 Whys, and Fishbone diagrams.
• Manage and track reliability actions to ensure effective implementation and measurable impact on asset performance.
• Assist clients with Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) studies, failure mode analysis, and maintenance strategy development.
• Provide support in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) for data updates, maintenance plan optimization, and task list enhancements.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of work management processes, including planning, scheduling, and execution follow-up.
• Leverage historical failure data, corrective actions, and operational context to enhance maintenance programs and reduce unplanned downtime.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math).
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Outstanding service skills and a strong desire to serve clients

Extensive travel to client sites may be required, sometimes on short notice, depending on project needs and support requirements.
