Internship Program
The Internship Program at Warm Beach Camp is a 12-month long program geared toward young adults for the benefit of gaining work experience, conjointly developing personal and spiritual maturity. As an Intern, you will not only work up-front with guests and behind the scenes at camp, but you will also encounter a wide variety of departmental experiences and responsibilities with the goal of identifying and developing personal and leadership skills and opportunities within the camp ministry. When not working, each Intern will have the opportunity to shadow the various departments of our camp ministry and participate in experiences led by our full-time staff.
