Business Development Intern

We are hiring Business Development Interns to support our growing telecommunications campaigns in Temecula, CA. In this role, you will represent industry-leading providers, including Verizon and Frontier Communications, working directly with local customers and businesses to deliver reliable wireless and fiber-based solutions.

This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals looking to gain practical experience in sales, customer engagement, and account management within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective customers to identify service needs and recommend appropriate telecommunications solutions
  • Present and explain wireless, internet, and fiber-optic service options in a clear and compliant manner
  • Manage customer interactions from initial conversation through account setup and follow-up
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, service offerings, and product updates
  • Support account management efforts by building and maintaining positive customer relationships
  • Meet individual performance metrics while contributing to overall team goals
  • Represent client brands professionally in all customer-facing interactions

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Goal-oriented with a willingness to learn and accept feedback
  • Organized with attention to detail in customer interactions and account handling
  • Prior experience in sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality is helpful but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
