HR Coordinator (Onboarding/Offboarding & Development)

Job Summary
A growing healthcare management company is seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Coordinator to support employees onboarding, offboarding, full employment lifecycle and development in a fast-paced, bilingual environment. This role works closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive employee experience from pre-onboarding to exit.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal HR teams to support onboarding for new hires, including offer-related documentation, onboarding schedules, and new hire paperwork
- Support and coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees from offer acceptance through their initial employment period
- Handle and coordinate offboarding processes and exit procedures for departing employees, including required documentation and internal coordination
- Support the full employment lifecycle, including onboarding, probationary periods, and ongoing employee support through to offboarding
- Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date employee records and documentation
- Ensure all onboarding and employment-related documentation is current, complete, and compliant with company policies
- Conduct regular HR check-ins with employees throughout onboarding, probation, and their employment lifecycle to address questions, concerns, and gather feedback
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions, helping to coordinate responses and resolve issues as appropriate
- Being part of driving learning, growth, and career progression initiatives throughout the employee journey
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, BA degree preferred, with a major in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- 1 to 2 years of HR working experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines efficiently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Self-motivated with strong initiative and a sense of ownership
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal HR teams
- Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency in English & Mandarin required
- Proficiency in Cantonese preferred
- Prior experience in onboarding, HR coordination, or employee lifecycle support and development is a plus
- Familiarity with maintaining and managing employee records or data is a plus
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
