HR Coordinator (Onboarding/Offboarding & Development)

Job Summary

A growing healthcare management company is seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Coordinator to support employees onboarding, offboarding, full employment lifecycle and development in a fast-paced, bilingual environment. This role works closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive employee experience from pre-onboarding to exit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal HR teams to support onboarding for new hires, including offer-related documentation, onboarding schedules, and new hire paperwork
  • Support and coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees from offer acceptance through their initial employment period
  • Handle and coordinate offboarding processes and exit procedures for departing employees, including required documentation and internal coordination
  • Support the full employment lifecycle, including onboarding, probationary periods, and ongoing employee support through to offboarding
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date employee records and documentation
  • Ensure all onboarding and employment-related documentation is current, complete, and compliant with company policies
  • Conduct regular HR check-ins with employees throughout onboarding, probation, and their employment lifecycle to address questions, concerns, and gather feedback
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions, helping to coordinate responses and resolve issues as appropriate
  • Being part of driving learning, growth, and career progression initiatives throughout the employee journey

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, BA degree preferred, with a major in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
  • 1 to 2 years of HR working experience preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines efficiently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Self-motivated with strong initiative and a sense of ownership
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal HR teams
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in English & Mandarin required
  • Proficiency in Cantonese preferred
  • Prior experience in onboarding, HR coordination, or employee lifecycle support and development is a plus
  • Familiarity with maintaining and managing employee records or data is a plus

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Hybrid work schedule
