Surge Staffing in partnership with Techniplas in Jonesville, Michigan is now hiring for 1st and 2nd shift Molding Operators.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Molding Operator
BASIC FUNCTIONS

Under close supervision, responsible for any molding operation requirements as needed or as directed.   Position requires regular and recurrent attendance – minimum of 40 hours per week.

SCOPE

Operates molding machines in order to produce a quality product.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Operate molding equipment according to procedures;

1. Inspect each part for flaws and/or defects;

1. If other operations or molding is required to finish a part, then perform as needed;

1. Package quality parts in appropriate packaging provided;

1. Maintain an orderly and clean work area at all times;

1. Complete all required paperwork;

1. Performs minor repairs to equipment as needed.

1. Make required packaging as needed.

   Hours: 1st Shift 6am-4pm, 2nd Shift 2pm-10pm
   1st Shift rate of pay: $15/Hour
   2nd Shift rate of pay: $15.50/Hour
   
   This is a 90 days temp to hire in position
