FULL TIME & PART TIME - Kinship Family Support Specialists (Case Management)

Full-Time Position Available in the Hudson Valley Region (Dutchess, Putnam, Orange and Rockland Counties)

Position Overview:The Kinship Caregiver Support Specialist provides case management for the Kinship Caregiver Support Program, a comprehensive program designed to be responsive to the needs of kinship families. The Kinship Caregiver Support Program is family-centered and directed, offering a blend of services including case management, advocacy, training, crisis management, support services, and youth programming, as well as in-house referral for free therapeutic services. The position is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position that requires evening and weekend hours as needed to serve kinship families, parents, and youth. The Kinship Family Support Specialist reports to the Mental Health Program Director and the Program Coordinator / Associate Executive Director of Programs.
