Industrial Engineer

Develop and maintain network-based Master Production Schedules for program support.

Apply critical path scheduling with logic, durations, and constraints.

Work with IMP/IMS structures and WBS‑based schedules.

Export schedule data to Excel; coordinate with stakeholders for weekly/monthly reporting.

Conduct studies on cost control, inventory, and production efficiency.

Support facility modifications and accident prevention measures.

Qualifications

Basic:

Bachelor’s degree + 4 years relevant experience.

Strong problem‑solving, proactive, results‑oriented.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

Advanced use of Microsoft Project for IMS.

Experience on new programs.

Eligible for Secret clearance.

Compliance

Subject to SCA guidelines/regulations.

Suppliers must have access to PLSC2 software.
