Quality Services Specialist- $20.39/Hr

FT 40 Hr/wk Supports employees in the Agency in meeting quality assurance standards by teaching and providing important information about the electronic health record system that impacts documentation of services. Review notes and identify corrections needed in documentation of services. This position also assists in coordination of activities related to the implementation and maintenance of the Agency Quality Service standards.

Worksite: Norwich

Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or human service-related field and/or equivalent work-related experience
  • 2 years previous work experience in quality management preferred
  • DDS Documentation experience preferred
  • Experience working for non-profit agency preferred
  • Valid CT driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance
  • Good driving record
