βœ” Handle help desk tickets (remote & in-person)
βœ” Fix hardware, software & network issues
βœ” Support Windows & Microsoft Exchange
βœ” Assist users professionally and efficiently
βœ” Escalate complex problems when needed

βœ” 1–3 years IT support experience
βœ” Good knowledge of Windows & networking
βœ” Strong communication skills
