About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Clerk – Billing to join our collaborative office team in Corona, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates, someone starting a career in accounting, or anyone with basic billing experience who wants hands-on training and room to grow. You’ll work directly with the Accounting Manager, gain exposure to the full billing process in the logistics industry, and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
- Process local transportation billing and invoicing with accuracy and efficiency
- Handle billing for logistics projects and manage storage billing
- Perform revenue verification, adjustments, and reconciliation
- Scan, organize, and maintain billing paperwork and records
- Provide support on various accounting tasks and collaborate on process improvements
- Occasional customer communication regarding billing questions (training provided)

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (college or accounting coursework is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Basic computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Excel
- Comfort with occasional customer interaction (we’ll provide training)
- Familiarity with Sage Accounting Software is a plus, but not required — we value willingness to learn!
- Must be able to relocate to Corona, CA 92882 before starting (in-person role)
