INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW
The Recruiting Intern will support the Recruiting team in identifying and engaging top talent across our organization. This internship provides meaningful exposure to the full-cycle recruiting process within a high-performing construction environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Support candidate sourcing efforts through Dayforce, LinkedIn, job boards, and university partnerships
· Review resumes and assist with initial candidate screening
· Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers
· Ensure accuracy and integrity of data within the applicant tracking system - Dayforce
· Assist with campus recruiting initiatives, career fairs, and employer branding efforts
· Partner with the recruiting team on ongoing talent pipeline strategies

QUALIFICATIONS
· Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
· Demonstrated interest in recruiting, human resources, or the construction industry
· Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
· High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
