Job Description
Job Title: Supply Chain Co Op Date: April 2026
Reports To: Supply Chain Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Co-Op to join our team on-site for 3-4 months. You’ll gain hands-on experience, support daily operations, and contribute to projects that enhance supply chain efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate FMD’s core values: Integrity, Velocity, and Teamwork, while thriving in our fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Actively engage in daily supply chain operations and team activities.
- Assist with administrative tasks to maintain efficient workflows.
- Accurately enter and track purchase orders, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Support coordination with vendors and teams to ensure on-time delivery of critical items.
- Assist in developing a vendor audit program, including data collection and compliance tracking.
- Work with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve supply chain goals

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solver with a quick-learning and adaptable mindset.
- Knowledge of supply chain principles is a plus.
- Must work on-site during the co-op term.
